It is eBay’s only approve form of communication because it protect both Buyer and Seller from fake and/or fraudulent emails, as well as it allows eBay to assist in the resolutions of any buying/selling problems that rarely do arise. • How To Return For A Refund:

Only items sent back in original packaging may be eligible for a full refund, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may be applied. Please note that the original and/or return shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.

• How To Return For A Replacement:

If your item is found to be DOA (Damaged/Dead On Arrival), you may request a free replacement unit within 30 days from your invoice date. After requesting a  RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from eBay, you may or may not have ship your defective unit back to us with a provided prepaid return label.

• How To Start A Return:

To return an item, simply find the item in “My eBay” under “Purchase History” and select “Return this item” from the “More actions” drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return, and depending on what is selected, you will be offered various return options in correlation with our Return Policy to above.
