If your item is found to be DOA (Damaged/Dead On Arrival), you may request a free replacement unit within 30 days from your invoice date. After requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from eBay, you may or may not have shipped your defective unit back to us with a provided prepaid return label.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. PST. We are closed Saturday, Sunday, and ALL holidays. All questions will be answered, all payments will be processed, and all packages will be shipped ONLY during our business hours.

It is eBay’s only approve form of communication because it protect both Buyer and Seller from fake and/or fraudulent emails, as well as it allows eBay to assist in the resolutions of any buying/selling problems that rarely do arise. How To Return For A Refund:
Only items sent back in original packaging may be eligible for a full refund, otherwise, a 20% RESTOCKING FEE may be applied. Please note that the original and/or return shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.
How To Start A Return:
To return an item, simply find the item in “My eBay” under “Purchase History” and select “Return this item” from the “More actions”drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return, and depending on what is selected, you will be offered various return options in correlation with our Return Policy to above. |
