1. Quadcopter lost connection to controller: End up operation before answering the phone, keep the drone parallel to your phone, then try to mach code again;
2. Quadcopter can’t lift up: Check the propeller to ensure it used to be installed as it should be(diagonal propellers should be the same direction );
3. Motor not spin: Check the motor to see if anything stuck the motor(hair, string, and the like)
4. Release stop button before next flight
5. Recommend for ages 14+. (please follow the instruction manual carefully)
6. For the battery life, it depends on how long the customer charge the battery and how the customer operate the drone.
