PAYMENT AND PROCESSING: PayPal is the only method of payment I accept. You must pay within 3 days of buying or winning an auction. If you do not pay within 3 days, your order may be cancelled, and the item may be relisted. If there is an active PayPal investigation of your account, or if fraud is suspected, there may be a delay processing your order, or your order may be cancelled (and payment refunded to account owner). Electronic checks aka “e-checks” will not be accepted. If you use an e-check to pay for your order, your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded. E-check refunds sometimes take up to 14 days. Item(s) will not ship until payment has cleared. If payment does not clear within 3 days, your order will be cancelled, and the item may be relisted. Chargebacks are subject to a 20% fee.

SHIPPING POLICY: I only ship to PayPal confirmed shipping addresses. No shipping to an alternate address. Sales before 11am eastern time will usually ship out the same day (excluding weekends), sales after 11am will usually ship out the next business day. Items will not ship until payment has cleared. Shipping costs, both to and from buyer, may be charged for any refused delivery or non-deliverable addresses or packages left at a UPS, USPS, or FedEx package holding/pickup point. Orders being shipped to multi-unit buildings (i.e. apartments, condos, hotels, office buildings) and/or totaling $39 or more may at seller’s discretion, require a signature upon delivery. Seller is not responsible for, nor does insurance cover, lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks it as delivered. When expecting a package, please watch your delivery area (mailbox/door/porch/etc) and track your package with the provided tracking number.

RETURN POLICY: All returns must be started within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to an an item, please send me a message on eBay to let me know and I will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Unfortunately, misused or abused merchandise does not count as defective and may not be returned. Please make sure return shipments are properly packed and insured. Seller is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by shipper/carrier. eBay policy allows 2 business days to process returns after delivery.
